Conditions of participation and entry fee

Registration for the 9th annual Liptov Ride race will take place on January 11, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. The registration form will go live on our website on that date. Registration will be available in three categories: teams, pairs, and individuals. Registration will remain open until capacity is reached.

Teams
A team consists of a relay of five athletes who follow the following route: bike - skimo - freeride - run - kayak. Five athletes are not a requirement, a team can also have four or three athletes.
The entry fee per team is 250 euros.

Pairs
A team consists of a pair of athletes who agree among themselves who competes in which discipline and how they will alternate. Entry fee for pairs: 150 euros.

Individuals
Individuals receive support within their category, provided by the organizers. As part of this support, individuals have access to a depot at Otupné and at the Whitewater Slalom Course, a special bus for transporting sports equipment, and volunteers who, in addition to helping with sports gear, will also help massage stiff limbs 🙂 Entry fee: 100 euros.

  • Information package
  • Advertising materials
  • T-shirt Liptov Ride
  • Liptov Ride sticker
  • Refreshments
  • 1x cable car ride for freeride racer to the top of Chopok
  • Entrance to the afterparty

Registration rules

Before you register your team or yourself for the Liptov Ride, please read the registration rules:

  1. You can only register team members once. So make sure you have all the necessary information for your teammates ready (name, date of birth, T-shirt size, and email address).
  2. You can only register the same name if you are doing more than one discipline on your own.
  3. After registration, it is allowed to change a maximum of 2 team members additionally.
  4. Please enter the number of team members correctly.

If the registered team also consists of members under the age of 18, the following is required:

  • Each underage team member must download the following document
  • Print this document and have it signed by a legal representative
  • The signed document should be scanned and sent to info@liptovride.sk
You can download here affidavitwhich must be brought for each team member to the presentation during the Riders Meeting or in the morning before the start of the race.

Children's races

  • 9:30 a.m. – scheduled start of the first annual children's race
  • venue - Water Slalom Area
  • competes in 3 disciplines - bike, monkey bars and running
  • child/competitor goes all disciplines ( competes as an individual)
  • 3 age groups: 5–6 years, 7–8 years, and 9–10 years
  • total capacity of 40 children
  • the condition is to bring your own bike
  • medals for participation in the race plus prizes for the first 3 winners per category
